Perfect Aalu Prantha Recipe
ingredients 👇
for dough
wheat flour - 2 cup
salt - 1/2 tsp
oil or ghee - 1 tbsp
water - as required
for stuffing 👇
boiled potato - 5 to 6 (medium sized)
dhaniya powder - 1/2 tsp
degi mirch powder - 1/4 tsp
prantha masala powder - 1 tbsp
aamchur powder - 1 tsp
salt to taste
ginger - 1 tsp (greated)
green chilli - 2 (finely chopped)
fresh coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
oil or ghee for frying prantha
method 👇
in a bowl add wheat flour, salt, ghee or oil mix well and gradually add water and make a soft dough and rest dough for 15 to 20 minutes.
now for stuffing peel boiled potato when warm,mash well with fok and let it cool down completely and add all spices and ginger green chilli and coriander mix well and make stuffing and now set the dough and take a Ball size dough make a bowl size shape fill stuffing seal it well,dust and roll it gently and put on medium hot tawa and roast from both sides applying ghee or oil.make All the prantha like this.serve hot with butter, curd.
