Methi matar malai l restaurant style l
ingredients 👇
for masala paste 👇
Oil -1 tbsp
jeera (cumin seeds) - 1 tsp
coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
cinemon - 1 small piece
green cardamom - 2
whole black pepper - 4 to 5
garlic cloves - 4 to 5
ginger - 1 inch piece
green chilli - 2
onion - 2 (medium sized roughly chopped)
cashew - 10 to 12 ( soaked)
haldi powder - a little bit
salt - a little bit
water- 2 tbsp
for sabji 👇
oil - 2 tbsp
Desi ghee - 1 tbsp
hing - 1 pinch
bay leaf - 1
fresh green peas - 1 cup
fresh methi - 1.5 cup ( chopped)
coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
milk - 1/2 cup
fresh malai or cream - 1/4 cup
salt to taste
method 👇
for masala paste heat oil add sabut masale and garlic, ginger and green chilli,saute and add onion and haldi powder, Salt and cashew mix well and after cool it grind with adding some water and make a fine paste.
now in a pan or kadai add oil and ghee, heat it add hing and Bay leaf Then add green peas, Fry for 1 minute and add chopped methi saute
,add coriander powder and salt to taste mix well and add milk and cover and cook for 4 to 5 mintue on low flame 🔥 and then add fresh malai or cream and cook for 1 minute and
then off the flame and garnish with Rogan
for Rogan add kashmiri red chilli powder in warm oil and spread on the sabji.
