We're staying strong with daily exercises and workout sets to follow! Completing 100 REPS of each move. We will hit these exercises and workouts together! You can also check out the sets and complete them on your own...just make sure to do 100 reps of each move!
Optional rep sets to do on your own:
10 reps each/ 10 times through
20 reps each/ 5 times through
25 reps each/ 4 times through
Today we are working 25 reps each/ 4 times through!
1600 REPS TODAY!
TODAY’S SET:
Lunge to Curtsy Lunge (each side)
Single Releve Squat Front Bicep Extension (each side)
Back Fly Leg Lifts (each side)
Pulsing Push Ups
Alternating Leg Drops (right & left one rep)
Toe Tap Crunch
Straight Leg Bicycle Twist (right & left one rep)
Releve Pelvic Tilts
Side: Plank Lifts & Leg Lifts (each side)
Knee Tuck to Down Downdog Pike Plank
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: light weights and a yoga mat or towel
