Welcome to today's class!💗 This 30-minute restorative yoga class is made to bring your body into deep relaxation, release stress and gently reset your nervous system.
In this slow and calming practice, we hold each pose for 1–2 minutes using supportive props like pillows, blankets and yoga blocks. This allows your body to fully soften, release tension and activate your natural relaxation response🧘🏽♀️
