This is a 5-minute seated yoga practice for low energy days, perfect if you’re feeling tired, unmotivated, or just don’t feel like doing yoga. This gentle lazy day flow is designed to help you move your body without needing much effort.
We’ll stay seated the entire time and move through simple, beginner-friendly stretches to reconnect you with your breath and body. This quick yoga routine is great for when you’re low on energy, short on time, or easing back into practice.
This is gentle yoga you can do at home, no standing, no pressure, just soft movement to help you feel a little more awake, grounded, or relaxed, depending on what your body needs today.
