Workout Format & Timestamps:
Warm up / mobility (00:00 — 6:48)
Start here: (6:49 — 23:04)
A1) Single leg deadlift into reverse lunge 10 reps / leg
A2) Kneeling curl press 10 reps
A3) V-ups 10 reps
Optional water break
B1) Single leg bridge hold + chest press 10/arm
B2) Skull crushers + dead bugs 16-20 reps
B3) Kneeling lateral raise to front raise and reverse to lower 10 reps
B4) Alternating leg lowers (weight optional) 12 reps
Optional water break
C1) Split squats 10 per leg
C2) Bent over row + rear fly 10 reps
C3) Standing wide curls 10 reps
Cool down (23:05 — End)
Equipment needed:
Mat
1 set of light weights (5-10 lbs)
1 set of medium weights (12-15 lbs)
1 heavy weight (30 lbs)
