This 30-minute full body dumbbell workout is designed specifically for women over 40 who want to lift, tone, and build strength at home. 💪 No repeats in this workout. Let’s go!!!
All exercises are joint-friendly, safe, and effective, supporting strength, mobility, and longevity at every stage of life.
The workout includes a warm-up and cool-down to help you move safely and feel your best.

Workout Format & Timestamps:
Warm up / mobility (00:00 — 7:06)
Start here: (7:07 — 21:30)
Deadlift + goblet squat 20 reps
Half kneeling shoulder press 10 reps / side
Kneeling tricep kickbacks 20 reps
REST / WATER BREAK
Side lunge + bent over rows 8 reps / side
Bicep curls 21’s (7 lower, 7 upper, 7 full)
Lateral front raise combo 12-14 reps
REST / WATER BREAK
Chest press + glute bridge 15-20 reps
Weighted toe reaches 20 reps
Kneeling pullbacks 8 reps / side
FINISHER: (21:31 - 25:32)
Weighted sumo squats (slow tempo) 10 reps + 20 bodyweight pulses
REST / WATER BREAK
Repeat once more.
Cool down (25:33 — End)
Equipment needed:
Mat
1 set of heavy weights (40-30-25 lbs)
1 set of medium dumbbells (12-15-20 lbs)
1 set of light dumbbells (5-10 lbs)
