We ventured once again into the unknown buying a pellet smoker. Then the realization of the joy of putting it together revealed itself after we discovered that joy was hidden in a box. Honestly this was an easy build, if we compare it to some other things we have assembled over the years. Kim read and we followed the instructions and though we found a couple of challenges, we did it and so can you. A 2-3 hour assemble and we were finished. After completion we began doing something we have both wanted to do for years. Kim fixed a Blueberry cobbler and I smoked some chicken breast. We smoked the cobbler in a Dutch oven inside the smoker. The meal was delicious but the cobbler was unbelievable. Along the way we reflect on the past somewhat and enjoy the moment working together as we achieve our goal.
Our aim for our channel is to share our adventures which consist of daytrips, vacations, hiking, biking, fishing and cooking videos with everyone.
