Описание: How to keep the hips up while swimming, even though the legs may be dropping, by leaning in on the lungs through spinal extention and hips up with pelvic extention. Maintain your head to tailbone alignment. I was able to continue with a pendulum leg swim (aka two beat kick). Of course it is best to swim with the legs up, streamlined to reduce drag.
