The seated cable decline chest press is a killer move that mainly hammers the lower chest while also firing up your triceps and front shoulders.

The seated version offers more stability compared to standing, which means less core activation but more focus on isolating the chest.
Here's how to do it properly:
1. Set an incline bench at around 75 degrees facing a cable machine.
2. Adjust the pulleys to shoulder height.
3. Sit on the bench with your back firmly supported and feet planted on the ground.
4. Grab the handles with an overhand grip, elbows bent at 90 degrees and positioned at a 45-degree angle to your torso.
5. Press the handles forward in a downward motion, extending your arms but maintaining a slight bend in the elbows.
6. Finish with your hands aligned near your belly button.
7. Squeeze your chest at the top, then slowly reverse the movement, returning the handles to the starting position.
8. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
