Описание: On March 22, 2025, Las Cruces Police Officers Rogers and Madrid stopped the driver of a 2025 Kia for traffic violations. The 24-year-old woman was asked to step out of her vehicle. She was asked if she had consumed any alcohol and she admitted to drinking around 10 or 11 in the morning. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests, which concluded with her being arrested for Driving While Under the Influence of Liquor (DWI). Her charge was elevated to Aggravated DWI when she refused to submit to a breath test. During the video, she repeatedly expressed concern about going to jail and being near "crazy" people. At the end of the video, she was transported to the Dona Ana County Detention Center. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
