Описание: On April 25, 2025, Rio Rancho Police Officer Haughney observed a vehicle speeding. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, which was being driven by a 24-year-old nurse. She admitted to consuming one watermelon cider within the last hour. When she was questioned later, she also admitted to consuming one shot earlier in the evening. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests, but declined to submit to a portable breath test (PBT). She was placed under arrest for Driving While Under the Influence of Liquor. She was transported to the Rio Rancho Police Station, where she agreed to submit to an evidential breath test. The result was 0.15% BAC, nearly twice the legal limit. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
