Описание: On June 10, 2022, Sea Bright police officers responded to a multi-vehicle traffic collision. One of the uninvolved bystanders tells Officer Bennett that he believes that the woman who caused the accident has been drinking alcohol. Officer Bennett, who is no longer an officer and is currently incarcerated for stalking an ex-girlfriend, initiates a DUI investigation. He performs field sobriety tests (FSTs) on the woman and she is arrested for DUI. She is transported to the Sea Bright police station, where she submits to an evidentiary breath test (EBT). The result of the EBT is 0.237% BAC, nearly three times the legal limit. She is issued numerous traffic citations and is released to her sober boyfriend.
