WORKOUT 10: 4-Week Pilates & Strength Program | 35-Minute Lower Body Workout!
Get ready to feel the BURN with this lower body workout! 35 minutes of pure strength, toning, and shaping, with the perfect balance of pilates precision and muscle-sculpting moves. It’s a flow-style format, so follow along with me. We start with bodyweight exercises and finishing strong with our weights in hand!
Equipment:
2x medium/heavy pair of dumbbells
Mat or supportive surface
**if you want to amplify you can add ankle weights or resistance bands
Warm up and cool down included for a complete workout. However if you’d like a longer cool down, I’ve linked one below:
