茎叶含芹菜甙、佛手柑内酯、有机酸、胡萝卜素、维生素C、糖类、挥发油中含特殊气味的丁基苯酞衍生物成分,旱芹菜含酸性的降压成分。有报道旱芹有明显的降压作用,主要通过主动脉弓化学感受器所致。
