Tonight we are targeting our restless legs and unwinding the mind. If you have trouble finding stillness and relaxing when you get ready to sleep, this class is just for you. So let's take some time for a little self-care and gentle movement. Join me in this 25 minute bedtime yoga wind down.
You do not need your mat and can stretch out in bed. A strap (blanket, or belt) is recommended for this slow flow.
