🧾 Ingredients
Shrimp Marinade
• 200 g king shrimp
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• Pinch of sea salt
• Pinch of allspice
• 1 garlic clove
• Juice of 1 lemon
Vegetables
• 1 red onion
• 1 sweet bell pepper
• 100 g cherry tomatoes
• Green onion (to taste)
Aromatic Frying Base
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• Thinly sliced fresh ginger
• 2 garlic cloves
Shrimp Coating
• Sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp rice flour
Sauce / Dressing
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 30 ml soy sauce
• 30 g honey
• Fresh red chili (optional)
Side Dish
• 200 g rice
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe
1️⃣ Place shrimp into a bowl. Add sesame oil, salt, allspice, grated garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for 10–15 minutes.
2️⃣ Slice the red onion into half rings. Cut bell pepper into thin strips. Slice cherry tomatoes in halves. Chop green onion.
3️⃣ Heat sesame oil in a pan. Sauté onion until soft and translucent.
4️⃣ Add bell pepper, tomatoes, and green onion. Cook for 2–3 minutes. Transfer vegetables to a bowl.
5️⃣ Add more oil to the pan. Fry sliced ginger and chopped garlic until aromatic.
6️⃣ Coat marinated shrimp with sesame seeds and rice flour.
7️⃣ Fry shrimp in ginger-garlic oil for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove ginger and garlic.
8️⃣ Combine shrimp with vegetables.
9️⃣ Prepare sauce by mixing lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and chili.
🔟 Pour sauce over shrimp and vegetables. Mix well.
