Olive oil — 50 ml (3 tbsp)
Lemon — 1 whole
Garlic — 6–8 cloves
Honey — 80 g (4 tbsp)
Mustard — 1 tbsp
Dried adjika or mixed spices — to taste
Rice flour — 100 g (¾ cup)
Salt — to taste
Black pepper — to taste
🍷 Sauce
Onion — 2 medium
Sweet bell pepper — 1 large
Tomato paste — 2 tbsp
Dry red wine — 200 ml (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
Brown sugar — 2 tsp
Thyme — pinch
Garlic — 2–3 cloves

Potatoes — 600 g (1.3 lb)
Rice flour — 60 g (½ cup)
Salt — 1 tsp
Black pepper — 1 tsp
Vegetable or olive oil — 2 tbsp
Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley) — to taste
👨🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe
1️⃣ Prepare the Ribs
Cut the pork ribs along the bone into individual pieces.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, grated garlic, lemon juice, honey, mustard, and spices.
Dip each rib piece into the marinade.
Coat the ribs in rice flour.
Fry on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
2️⃣ Prepare the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into wedges.
Mix rice flour, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Add potatoes and toss until fully coated.
Arrange potato wedges vertically in a baking dish.
Drizzle with oil.
Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C / 392°F.
