Thank you for joining me for a Unilateral Strength Training (one side at a time). In this workout you will need dumbbells and a mat. This workout can be completed at home, at the gym or traveling.
The dumbbells will be used for the following exercises:
Strength Intervals
40 Seconds Work
20 Seconds Rest
4 Sets
Squat, Curl to Press
Squat, Hammer Curl to Military Press
Squat, Curl to Press
Squat, Hammer Curl to Military Press
1-DB Staggered RDL to Row, Alternating Sides
Sit Up and Reach, Alternating Sides
Balance Front to Lateral Raise, Right then Left Leg Up
Balance Arc Raise, Right then Left Leg Up
S/A High Plank Row, Alternating Sides
Alternating Pendulum Lunge, Alternating Sides
1-DB Lateral Lunge High Pull, Alternating Sides
1-DB Push Up to Triceps Kickback, Alternating Sides
