Smoked salmon and herbed cream cheese rolled with puff pastry (I used ready-made) and then baked to a crisp, savory treat. Perfect for when you need a quick snack or appetizer without too much effort.
Makes 24 big-sized or 48 bite-sized pieces

200 grams smoked salmon
1 1/2 sheets puff pastry
