Hi everyone! Welcome back to another videeooooo
I wanted to put a disclaimer that I personally don't like the term "dieting" but I feel like putting "being in a caloric deficit" in the title wouldn't give it the same ring.... ya feel?
Anywho - like I mentioned in the video - my husband and I are currently in a caloric deficit. Not to lose weight, but simply to help us lose some body fat and tone up as we're constantly in a state of pushing ourselves to another level.
We'll most likely be in this deficit for a few weeks or months to be honest so to make it sustainable here's my 80/20 approach.
