Hey ya'll! It's been a while, and for good reason! I think that it is good to take some time in general but at the same time a lot has been happening around here that needed tending to, and that was the first priority over uploading content. We are back and ready to upload consistently again though :) In this video I go in depth about my #MENTALHEALTH and figuring out that I have #PTSD and have been on #ZOLOFT for over a month now. This is really just a reminder that your mental health is VERY important and there is nothing wrong with putting your mental health first and getting better! I go into detail about how I ultimately figured it out and some other little tips on things I've been doing to help with some of the things that come with my new found disorder.
