It was a hard decision for me to make this video, admitting that I have a major problem with anxiety, and how it's affected my life. But I wanted to share it, because it's also affected this channel, and you deserve to know why I haven't been posting as frequently. I also want this to be an encouragement to someone else who's going through this, and let me know in the comments if you are. Hopefully the worst is behind me, and I can start moving forward again.
