My Five Worst House Flips! Halloween Special!

Описание: A while back I posted my favorite house flips to celebrate selling my 200th flip and most people did not care. They did not want to see the good ones they wanted to see the bad ones! I gave in and created this video that shows my five worst flips. I did not lose money on all of these and I have lost more money on other flips than some of these flips but they were all horrible in one way or another.

Maybe it was because the house took so long to repair, or there were so many problems, or my contractors screwed me over, or something else. But these are the five worst I could think of, although I am sure there are more than this there were equally bad.
