My 5 Favorite House Flips to Celebrate Selling my 200th Flip!

Описание: A little over a week ago I sold my 200th house flip! I started in 2002 and was doing a few a year with my dad. In the last five years, we have done more than 100 flips!

To celebrate I put together my top 5 flips and a bonus flip that was a cool one as well but seemed to easy to be a favorite!

These are my favorite flips, mostly because the houses were interesting or turned out really well. On most of them, it was Nikki's fault they turned out so well haha.
