My Scariest House Flips of All Time Halloween Special

Описание: I have completed 180 + house flips in my career and most of them have gone well. However, there have been many that did not go quite so well or were just disgusting. We have bought hoarder houses, houses sight unseen, spooky houses, many houses with murder basements or rooms (inside joke), and houses that held surprises that did not go over well. We have also had houses that were worse off after we worked on them.

This video shows some of the worst and scariest house flips we have done. Many were massive projects that looked like they might have huge profit potential in the beginning but ended up not doing well after all the work and time they took. I have also noticed that some of the bigger projects cause problems with my contractors as they take on more than they can handle and we all get mad at each other!

I have learned that it is best not to take on massive projects even with huge profit potential because they take so much time and so many resources. When we are doing 15 to 20 flips at once it drags everything down when it takes 6 months to work on one house!
