Описание: This 15 minute core workout incorporates standing core (think barre!) and also core on the yoga mat (Pilates). We'll be using the bender ball (small Pilates ball), looped resistance band, a set of light-medium weights and a yoga mat. This workout comes from my Stronger Summer Workout Challenge.
