This "Barre Legs" workout comes from my last fitness challenge in Summer 2023. I filmed this a few weeks after being diagnosed with breast cancer and decided to fight the anxiety and stress of my situation with a STRONG focused fitness challenge. Thanks for joining me!
Barre is known for its' "barre legs" because it incorporates ballet, general fitness, Pilates, and yoga - mixed altogether for once fabulous sculpting workout! Join me for a 30 minute lower body focused session. You can use a chair, a wall, or your Booty Kicker barre!
Additional equipment: looped resistance band, small Pilates ball, and a light-medium weight.
