BENI-SHOGA is Japanese Pickled Ginger with bright red color on it.
You maybe can see it in GYUDON restaurant.
This color is natural one from Perilla Leaves as same as UMEBOSHI Plum.
Since It is indispensable accompaniment and very unique Japanese food, I featured this as spinoff from GYUDON video.
I am going to make such a spinoff video featuring the Japanese unique ingredients in future, please look forward it.
