🥣 Buckwheat Breakfast (Overnight Style)
Ingredients (1 serving):
50 g raw buckwheat
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp glycine (optional)
140 ml almond milk
40 g Skyr (plant-based if preferred)
60 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions:
Mix everything except Skyr and blueberries.
Let it soak overnight in the fridge.
Top with Skyr and berries in the morning — enjoy!
🍪 Healthy Almond Cookies (makes about 12)
Ingredients:
190 g almond flour
60 g almond butter
3 tsp glycine
115 g maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 egg
About 40 g chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 165 °C fan (or 175 °C top/bottom).
Mix dry ingredients.
Whisk almond butter, glycine, and maple syrup until smooth. Add the egg.
Combine everything into a dough and fold in chocolate chips.
Shape cookies and place on lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt (optional).
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
DEUTSCH:
🥣 Buchweizen-Frühstück (Overnight Style)
Zutaten (für 1 Portion):
50 g roher Buchweizen
1 EL Chiasamen
2 TL Glycin (optional)
140 ml Mandelmilch
40 g Skyr (z. B. pflanzlich)
60 g Heidelbeeren (frisch oder TK)
Zubereitung:
Alle Zutaten bis auf Skyr und Beeren vermengen.
Über Nacht im Kühlschrank quellen lassen.
Morgens mit Skyr und Beeren toppen – genießen!
🍪 Gesunde Mandel-Cookies (ca. 12 Stück)
Zutaten:
190 g Mandelmehl
60 g Mandelmus
3 TL Glycin
115 g Ahornsirup
1 TL Backpulver
1½ TL Natron
½ TL Salz
1 Ei
ca. 40 g Schokodrops
Zubereitung:
Ofen auf 165 °C Umluft vorheizen.
Trockene Zutaten mischen.
Feuchte Zutaten verrühren, Ei hinzufügen.
Alles zu einem Teig vermengen, Schokodrops unterheben.
Cookies formen, auf Blech setzen, optional mit Meersalz bestreuen.
15–18 Minuten backen, bis goldbraun.
