This yoga for core class will fire up your abs! We incorporate arm balances and inversions after creating some core heat!

There are very few postures and instances where a strong core, isn't beneficial in yoga. A strong core enhances your yoga practice. Having a store core will help with:

Balance postures
Deepening core postures like Warriors, downward dog, even forward folds
All Inversions and arm balances
Deepens backbends
Helps with your daily posture!

Having strong yoga abs are important for so many reasons!
