Hi Friends, let's get it with this 30 min powr yoga class - on the beach! This is a free power yoga class that you can come back to any time you need to feel strong and flexible!
In this 30 min power yoga flow, we'll move smoothly in our vinyasa, work our abs intentionally, and hold yoga postures for a few breaths to activate our body and mind. We'll breathe through strong yoga poses including stacked standing balances.
Whether you're doing power yoga for weight loss, yoga for strength, or yoga for flexibility this yoga class serves you.
Practice this class as a 30 min yoga workout for a chance to find mental and physical strength, perseverance, and equanimity.
