Ye paratha upar se jitna crispy aur kurkura hai, andar se utna hi juicy aur chatpata. Iski khaas baat ye hai ki iska Keema Batter itna asaan hai ki aap ise jhatpat taiyar kar lenge. Sehri ke waqt jab ye garma-garam paratha hari dhaniya ki teekhi chutney ke saath plate mein aayega, toh har koi ungliyan chaat-ta reh jayega!

📍 Ingredients (Samagri):
Step 1: Keema Marination
Mutton Keema: 250g
Taza Dahi (Fresh Curd): 2 Tbls
Adrak-Lehsun Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste): 1 Tbls
Pyaz (Chopped Onion): 1 medium size
Hari Mirch (Chopped Green Chilli): 2
Hara Dhaniya (Fresh Coriander): 10g
Tamatar (Chopped Tomato): 1 medium size
Bhuna Jeera Powder (Roasted Jeera Powder): 1 Tbls
Chilli Flakes: 1 Tbls
Chaat Masala Powder: 2 Tbls
Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder): 1 Tbls
Kali Mirch Powder (Black Pepper Powder): 1/2 Tbls
Nimbu ka Ras (Lemon Juice): 1/2 lemon
Namak (Salt): Swad anusar
Corn Flour: 2 Tbls
Step 2: Paratha Dough
Gehu ka Atta (Wheat Flour): 500g
Namak (Salt): Swad anusar
Pani: Dough banane ke liye
📝 Recipe Steps:
Marination:
Sabse pehle mutton keema mein upar diye gaye saare masale, dahi, tamatar, aur corn flour milakar achchi tarah mix karein aur marinate hone dein.
Dough Taiyar Karein:
Atta aur namak milakar ek soft dough (naram atta) goondh lein.
Half-Cook Paratha:
Atte ki loi lekar roti ki tarah belein, usme tel lagayein aur side se cut karke parathe ka shape dein. Ab ise tawa par halka sa (half-cook) pakakar nikal lein.
Keema Filling & Frying:
Ab adhe pake parathe ke upar tayyar kiya gaya keema batter achchi tarah faila kar lagayein. Ise tawa par dalkar dono side se achchi tarah crispy hone tak fry kar lein.

Ise garma-garam hari dhaniya ki chutney ke saath serve karein. Sehri ke liye ye ek perfect aur heavy meal hai.
