🛒 Ingredients (Samagri):
Step 1: Chicken Marination Ke Liye
Chicken: 750g
Dahi (Fresh Curd): 150g
Adrak-Lehsun Paste: 2 Tbls
Hari Mirch Paste: 4 mirch ka
Dhaniya Powder: 1 Tbls
Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder: 1 Tbls
Chilli Flakes: 1 Tbls
Bhuna Jeera Powder: 1 Tbls
Kali Mirch Powder: 1/2 Tbls
Tikka Masala Powder: 1 Tbls
Nimbu Ka Ras: 1
Namak: Swaad anusar
Step 2: Chicken Cook Karne Ke Liye
Sarson Ka Tel (Mustard Oil): 1/2 Cup
Step 3: Pulao Banane Ke Liye
Basmati Rice: 750g (Bheege hue)
Refined Oil: 1 Cup
Pyaaz (Slices): 2 Medium
Tamatar (Chopped): 2 Medium
Saboot Garam Masale: (Tez patta dalchini laung elaichi)
Adrak-Lehsun Paste: 1 Tbls
Hari Mirch: 4
Hara Dhaniya aur Pudina: 10g
Tikka Masala Powder: 1 Tbls
Dhaniya Powder: 1 Tbls
Garam Masala Powder: 1/2 Tbls
Food Colour aur Fried Pyaaz (Birista): Dum ke liye
👩🍳 Method (Banane Ka Tareeka):
Marination:
Sabse pehle chicken mein dahi aur saare bataye gaye masale milakar 1 ghante ke liye rest par rakh dein.
Chicken Tikka:
Pan mein sarson ka tel garam karein aur chicken pieces ko 10 minute dhak kar pakayein. Jab pani sukh jaye aur chicken gal jaye, toh aapka tikka taiyaar hai.
Pulao Masala:
Ek karahi mein tel garam karke pyaaz golden brown karein. Phir saboot garam masale adrak-lehsun paste aur tamatar daalkar bhunlein.
Bacha Hua Masala:
Marination ka bacha hua masala aur baaki sukhe masale daalkar tamatar soft hone tak pakayein.
Chawal:
Ab bheege hue chawal daalein aur zarurat ke hisaab se Garam Pani daalein (Isse chawal khile-khile bante hain). 1/2 nimbu ka ras daalkar 10-15 minute pakayein.
Dum:
Jab chawal ka pani sukh jaye, toh upar se chicken tikka pieces, food colour aur birista daal kar 10 minute halki aanch par dum dein.
