Ublay Anday Ka Salan (Boiled Eggs Curry) Slightly Spicy, Indian, Pakistan, Bangladeshi food Recipes!
Ingredients and instructions are here;
9 boiled eggs (Peel and cut)
1 large onion (Peel and chop)
1 teaspoon of fresh ginger paste
5 to 6 cloves of fresh garlic (Peel and chop)
1 medium tomato (chop)
½ teaspoon of tomato paste
3 quart teaspoon of salt or as per taste
1 teaspoon of Garam masala
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds (Zeera)
½ teaspoon of black seeds (Kolonji)
1 teaspoon of all seasoning powder
½ teaspoon of turmeric powder (Haldi)
½ teaspoon of Kaynne paper powder (Mirch)
3 tablespoons of cooking olive oil
Handful of fresh cilantro’s (Wash and chop)
1 cup of water or as needed to make gravy
Add oil to the pan and chop onions, Cumin seeds, Kolonji and let it get golden brown. Once golden brown, add all the ingredients along with 1 cup of water and cook until mixed well and check salt before adding boiled pre-cut eggs into the sauce (Gravy) and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
