Homemade Tofu • How to Make Easy Homemade Tofu 2 ingredients!

Mung Bean Tofu - • Mung-Fu: Easy 2 Ingredient SOY-FREE TOFU
Ingredients:
15 oz. tofu ( see my YouTube for how to make your own)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic granules
½ tsp ground cumin
½ red onion, sliced
½ bell pepper, diced
Cayenne pepper to taste
3 tbsp coconut aminos
Optional:
Salt or black salt (for an eggy flavor) to taste
Instructions:
Add a couple tablespoons of water to a hot skillet. Add the onions and peppers and sautee until they begin to soften. Add small amounts of water as necessary to prevent sticking.
Crumble the tofu ( keeping some larger pieces) into the pan. Add the seasonings and coconut aminos. Mix and cook until there is no excess moisture. Serve and enjoy!
