This 20 minute pilates series is great for a day when you may have low motivation but you want to get some movement in. This pilates series takes you through a pelvic lift/shoulder stand with leg variation series, sideline legs, and classic pilates core training.
Band is optional, not required! I'm using the Bala medium (pink) band! Ankle weights are not required but can be added for extra spice!
