Описание: Do this 20 MIN follow along routines with AERIALFAM to advance in your splits. I am working on improving my splits to oversplits, and Walter is working on getting his first flat splits. You will see 2 options to follow along in this video depending on what works better for you.

TODAY’S FOCUS: STRENGTH-BASED ACTIVE STRETCHES
We tested our baseline last week, this week we will continue with strengthening exercises and active stretches to work on our leg flexibility.
Follow until the end to complete 3 rounds of fun!

HOW TO JOIN THIS CHALLENGE?
20 min per video, 1 video per week, 4 weeks in total
Follow each video 3-4 times in 1 week before progressing to the next video.
Have at least 2 yoga blocks to support

WHY THIS CHALLENGE?
No painful static hold, focus on muscles activation and sensation
Minimal talking. Relax and focus with music.
1 focus per week.
