Patagonia: Solo But Not Alone

Not because of the weather, but because traveling alone gets harder as you get older. The people you used to travel with start building lives of their own — getting married, having kids, taking care of parents, and focusing on their careers.

But I also realized something: I won’t always be this free.

I won’t always be able to pack a bag and fly across the world on a whim. At some point, this season of life will end. And while I still can go, I won’t wait.

In this episode, I travel solo through Patagonia — from El Calafate and the incredible Perito Moreno Glacier to the mountain town of El Chaltén and the unforgettable hike beneath Mount Fitz Roy.

What started as a quiet solo trip turned into something I didn’t expect — unexpected friendships, spontaneous moments, and a reminder that traveling solo doesn’t mean traveling alone.

Sometimes the best experiences happen when you leave space for them.
