Argentina is famous for its beef. But what makes asado special isn’t just the quality of the meat. It’s the waiting. The conversation. The shared table.
Coming from Malaysia, where bold and complex flavors define great food, I’ve always believed more flavor meant better food.
This experience challenged that.
