This is a 20 minute full body metabolic conditioning (metcon) workout where we are are performing high intensity compound movements using a set of dumbbells working multiple muscle groups in one exercise also using more of our cardiovascular system; a great way to burn fat and build muscle so expect to get really sweaty but once you complete this workout you will feel empowered. Here I am using 2x2 kg dumbbells with 20 different exercises no repeat and the timer will be on for 40 seconds resting 20 seconds in between.
