This is a 15 minute workout targeting the arms to strengthen, tone and slim down our arms; here we are hitting the biceps, triceps and some shoulders with 15 different exercises no repeat each performed for 50 seconds resting 10 seconds in between, this workout is a little intense so your arms will feel the burn. I am also using 2 sets of dumbbells (2kgs) and (3 kgs) for your reference feel free to use one set only or substitutes like bottles or cans.
