A first trail marathon at 60 years old - The Glencoe Gathering - my journey to Scotland!

Описание: Launching a new web series alongside a new challenge for myself is an exciting prospect and I hope you'll coming along with me, come what may!

As I approach 60 years of age, I've decided to finally go for one of my real 'bucket list' items - a full marathon - the first of my life this coming September. The one I've chosen is spectacular - but daunting! It's the Glencoe Gathering, a 42km trail run in the mountains of Scotland with around 1600m of elevation. Luckily I have around 8 months to prepare my ageing ass!
