Here’s what you can expect from this workout:
This is a standing lower abs session designed to intentionally target the lower portion of your core not just “feel the burn,” but actually activate and strengthen the area properly.
We’re doing 6 focused exercises,
40 seconds of controlled work,
20 seconds of rest.
No floor work or crunches. Just movements that emphasise pelvic control, stability, and deep core engagement.
If you’re post-baby, post-C-section, or rebuilding your core after it’s taken a hit, this workout is mindful but effective. Expect controlled reps, intentional breathing, and movements that challenge your balance and stability without straining your back or overloading your hip flexors.
You should feel:
• Lower abdominal engagement
• Improved balance and control
• Deep core activation (not neck or lower back tension)
