The flat foot squat! Maybe you came across this from Ido portals 30/30 squat challenge, maybe it was just from realising you have poor mobility.
Either way, this video will discuss the most common causes of poor mobility when it comes to the flat foot squat. That being feeling a burning in the shins or front of the legs (tibialis) or not being able to get your heels down (tight calves and achilies).
