Splits, Straddle Pancakes and All Things Hips. I'm pushing much harder with my hip mobility, the goal is to have access to Full Range of Motion while I'm training Handstands and Bodyweight Strength like Planche, Handstand Push Ups, levers and Press Handstands. Use this routine as more of an example not a follow along, use it to help you create a daily routine for your current level and body type. I would definitely include something for your Hamstrings, calves, Hip Flexors, Gluteus and Straddle split or Pancake. I haven't covered it in the video but I also do daily Thoracic Mobility and or Hang
