Описание: Video game addiction took over my life, and stopped me from studying, and made me procrastinate when I needed to pay attention and focus. I started performing worse in exams and essays.With ADHD we're far more likely to get addicted to things, so it's even more important to get your gaming addiction under control. I decided my video game addiction was getting out of hand and I needed to do something about. In this video, I share some strategies that helped me escape my gaming addiction with ADHD.
