Running is a sport for all, that said there are still some barriers that need to be addressed, there are certain issues that require a bit more thought and research in order to make running as enjoyable as it should be.

From my own running experience and listening to you guys I’ve got a range of topics I want to cover today. I’ll be looking into how to solve chafing, finding clothes that fit, keep us cool and stay in place, plus the challenges with wearing heart rate monitors.
