Hey everyone!
This is the first workout in my new strong & flexy challenge! For 21 days we are going to be focusing on a way of training that gets you stronger for handstands & calisthenics whilst maintaining & developing new flexibility!
The first week of training is going to be available via YouTube but to complete the following 2 weeks you can do this via my app - embrace movement!
