This is a complete power walk and resistance training workout. You will have a 5 minute warm-up followed by 6 power walk/resistance training intervals Concluding with a 5 minute cool down and stretch. This workout is great for all levels and ages with all moves modified to fit your fitness level. Let's get to walking and let's move our bodies.
